PowerSource® Generators

The PowerSource® family of generators are available in a full range of sizes from 500 watts to 20.0 KW and in a variety of output frequency ranges to match your application needs. These generators come with many standard features such as proportional speed control, power monitor, and automatic frequency control. Other helpful features, such as treat level alarm, pinhole detector, and remote control panel, are available as options.

PowerPure® Ozone Neutralizers

With our line of ozone neutralizers, you'll never have to worry about the effects of ozone. The special design of the PowerPure® ozone neutralizers eliminates ozone to the level OSHA requires and utilizes an environmentally safe catalyst.

DiamondMesa® & PowerPoint® Electrodes

Our patented DiamondMesa® electrodes offer a uniform distribution of high voltage potential points. As a result, DiamondMesa® electrodes provide 10 to 40% higher treatment levels and/or reduce your power requirements. Our unbreakable PowerPoint® ceramic electrodes combine the effectiveness of shoe-type electrodes for uniform corona treatment, especially in high watt density applications, with the dielectric qualities of ceramic. Our Electrode Retrofit Assembly, ERA®, gives you a low-cost solution to your downtime and scrap problems due to inconsistent or poor quality corona treatment with other electrodes.

Treater Rolls & Coatings

Whether you require a complete custom designed treater roll for your particular application or a new coating on your existing treater rolls, we are ready to meet all your needs. We have a full range of coating options which include PowerCoat® Epoxy, Spartex® Ceramic Filled Epoxy, PowerTuf® Ceramic, Silicone Sleeves, Cast Silicone and Hypalon.

Industrial Rolls & Coatings

Our 25 years of design and manufacturing experience with corona treatment systems is being utilized to provide the industry with reliable and ruggedly constructed industrial rollers. We have the capacity to fabricate specialty rolls with diameters up to 36 inches and overall lengths up to 390 inches. Our various roll and coating offerings are driven by our customers' needs. We offer composite, stainless steel, steel and aluminum as roll core materials and a variety of roll coatings to include ceramics, epoxies, and rubber compounds. We guarantee quick turn around.
